1993
Established compressor operation in Beijing, China.
1995
Began manufacturing of titanium golf club heads in Taoyuan, Taiwan.
1997
Became listed company on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Established compressor operation in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2001
Established Electronics Division for contract manufacturing of electronics components.
2003
Built golf equipment manufacturing plant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
2004
Acquired non-golf assets of Coastcast Corporation and established FS Precision Tech in Los Angeles, CA, USA for manufacturing of automotive, medical and aerospace components.
2005
Acquired Curtis-Toledo and established FS-Curtis in St. Louis, MO, USA.
2008
Founding family partnered with Oaktree Capital Management to privatize Fusheng & delisted from Taiwan Stock Exchange.
2010
For the Organizational Reengineering of Fusheng Group, “Fusheng Precision Co., Ltd ” would take over the role of original “Sporting Goods Division”, “Fusheng Electronics Corporation” would take over the role of original “Electronics Division”, and “Machinery Division” would still stay in “Fusheng Industrial Col., Ltd”.
